 It cooks great and the green color is awesome. Cooking using the portable canisters is also awesome, but wasteful (those cans become garbage, right?) So I use the big 20lb tanks and carry those around in my camper for cooking. Make sure to get the griddle top for half or all the cooking surface. The ability that this grill has to stand on its own is great and the side tables that extend out are almost always in use for prep / table space

Love this grill, mostly. It's really easy to use and fairly portable so I can cook outside of the camper in the summer while we travel. The lock however, does not work well at all. You will need to use ratchet straps to hold it all together

 So I went ahead and took the liberty of putting the grates on there but of course you can see what it looks like without the grates, you see where the propane comes from and the drip pan here for adding water, get some moisture to your meat and also to kick some of those drippings. So yeah this is pretty much it, got the burners here, really cool and we've got to wait a bit to ignite it here instead of using some matches and I'm really excited right up under the bottom to see where I'll put the propane tank or the extension if I'm using that extension that I showed you earlier in the video to be able to use a larger tank. But for what I've seen online, it's not a bad portable grill, really good, I'll be able to give you more information about how my experience was, this is like a little locking mechanism here so you can be able to lock it for when you're moving it around and you got the thermostat right here on the top to let you know how everything is and that's pretty much it, it's not too heavy, it won't be too tickled too much space inside the SUV, I'm going to go traveling, haven't pulled these out yet and this is for any kind of accessories that I want to use when I'm grilling, another one on this side here, it's really cool so I can be able to put my stuff there while I'm grilling and not having to worry about too much of where to store things while I'm willing and dealing with this bad boy. Coleman Road Trip 285 Portable Grill First Look and Assembly

 Ah yeah, I'm really excited about this new portable grill that I picked up to be able

 I don't particularly care for those charcoal grills that they have out there.

 I'm not opposed to them, I just don't particularly care for them since I've since switched over

 So this is the Coleman Road Trip portable grill and these are some of the accessories

 So this will allow you to be able to put a larger gas tank on there as opposed to these

 smaller one, I think one pound or one whatever, yeah one pound propane tanks which are light

 but you know if I want to be there for a few days I would definitely want something more

 so this is actually going to allow us to be able to use a bigger propane tank.

 This is just a cover that I picked up on Amazon, nothing in particular, just something to protect

 it when we're not actually using it and definitely had to pick one of these up so that in the

 mornings when we come out of the tent we can actually fix eggs, bacon, whatever you want

 So this is a must, I'm actually going to open this up and let you check that out too.

 So let me get these out of the way and let me pull this down and I'm going to come back

 once I've opened this up so you can check it out.

 It is truly mobile and packs into a small place. The gas firing tube assembly is innovative, efficient and works well to control local and overall heat. Cleanup is easy and

Expected better build quality and components, especially compared to similarly priced static grills.

 The only thing I miss is a rotisserie, which I didn't really use all that often anyway. The lid dome is too short to do beer-can chicken but I can live without that.  The cooking area is plenty adequate to cook meals for 2-4 people, including meats and veggies. The heat distribution is very even, it heats up fast and stays hot thanks to the heavy grill plates and solid centers which retain heat very well while the lid is open
