 Hi, I'm Jenna. I just got off the Capita Birds of a Feather. This board is ideal for the girl who's sort of an intermediate to advanced level girl looking for a mid-flexing park ride, park or freestyle ride. You can take it everywhere on the hill as well but it does have a fairly soft flex to it and it does feel a little bit squirrely at higher speeds

It does have carbon boosters to it so there was a lot of pop in both the tip and the tail and again it's really great for either that mid-level rider or girl looking for a solid park ride and looking for a true twin.

Neversummer prototype 2 vs. Capita birds of a feather

 I feel like this is more like a 6 or a 7 for me. Maybe if you're a heavier rider it would be a little softer, but I think it's a little bit of a stiff 5 out of 10 flex. And then it comes with their V1 profile, so we get camber in between the feet, going to flat sections outside of the feet, and then a little bit of rocker on the nose and the tail. And then it comes with these two very abrupt kind of kick nose and tails, you can kind of see right here where it just snaps up, which gives you a ton of energy when you're popping ollies and hitting features and things like that

 We are here looking at the Birds of a Feather from Capita. This is the 144. So this is an all-mountain freestyle board, but I feel like it's an all-mountain freestyle board with a little bit of an attitude. So this has a 5 out of 10 flex rating, but honestly I almost feel like this is for a lot of other women's boards that I've tried

 Yo Kevin where are we lapping right now? Yeah doing laps in the medium park here at Parishard. Got these classic light blue Parishard tubes and rails. Let's go hit some. Let's do it

 It makes it a little bit slower edge to edge but it does give you more of a platform to balance on on these rail features. That combined with the flat camber profile is actually making it feel really good on these rails. Got a bunch more laps to go. Let's keep lapping through this rail line here

 Oh and the last little bonus is it's got kind of a matte top sheet so you really don't need a stomp pad. The war pig is definitely not a beginner board it's going to be more for intermediate to more advanced riders and I think it's more for someone looking for like a one board solution an all mountain kind of snowboard it's definitely still fun in the park if you want to take some laps through there but I think the real strength on this board is going to be for carving and exploring the mountain and even taking it into powder so if you're looking for one snowboard that's going to offer all that performance for you check out the ride war pig.
