I have the CamelBak Eddy+ Vacuum Insulated bottle and it’s brilliant. It is stainless steel BUT I’ve dropped it countless times and it hasn’t dented once. 10/10 would recommend.

I have had a few Camelbak Eddy bottles and was always disappointed in the constant leaking from the straw lid. I liked the size and how easy it was to grip so I repurposed them to my water bottle for road trip driving (great to drink easily while driving!) or switched the cap out for carrying drinks other than water. This version is much improved. I love the wider finger grab, the better straw set up AND (most of all) it is hard to make it leak while bent over with a pack or if you accidentally drop it

* Without the straw, I found this bottle only works if I have it perfectly lined up with the handle facing upward. If I try to drink sidewise, nothing comes out

This bottle was completely wrong for me! My husband bought it as a gift….but it was awkwardly too big to fit into my bike water bottle cage. With the straw system, it was really hard for me to suck the water and you’re left with a cleaning problem when you have a straw!  It’s a nice color, and it had a handle….which I guess is okay, but I find it much better to have the “pop-open” and tip to drink type of bottle that will fit into bike water cages and other spots designed for water bottles

I really appreciate how lightweight this bottle is. Additionally, it's super easy to clean by tossing it in the dishwasher. I know many people prefer their water iced, but because I like my room temperature, this is the perfect bottle for me! It's not insulated and maintains my water the exact temperature I like. :)

Crazy Cap 2 Review 2020 - A Portable Water-Sterilization Bottle Lid

I was very excited about purchasing this item, as I have a water bottle that's been with me ALL the time, just like my right hand for the last 7 years. I also am a huge fan of the Berkey filter and use that at home, however, was always pained that when traveling overseas I would always have to refill my bottle from a plastic jug that the homeowners I stayed with usually use. Or I'd get some kind of poisoning and end up off-site for a few days. So when these UV bottles became a thing I was very excited

 I didn't have to worry about having a travel size Berkey or get a coal filter from the manufacturer of the largest bleach brand on the planet. I digress. So the positives - the shape of the bottle is very ergonomic, the feel is comfortable and sits right into my palm, the color (blue) is absolutely a gorgeous blue. The shape of the mouth is good and makes it easy to drink from while in the car

" If you don't mind this part you could use this bottle for years as it is definitely very durable and sturdy. I will be returning the two and getting a more easy to clean option with a filter that will also remove micro-plastics and other chemicals too. At least then even if I still have to clean the rim of the bottle myself, I will also know that the bottle eliminates ALL harmful residue in the water, not just bacteria.

Somewhat disappointed.

 The insulation is great. No bottle sweating at all. Con: to be sealed, it has a proprietary charging cable opposed to a universal micro-usb charger that some other sterilizing bottles have. It’s a minor issue though since it has stayed charged for at least 20 full cycles and still plenty of power left in the small cap

Great build quality

 So it's separate it's a nice accessory for me to hold the bottle easier. So my thoughts after one month of using i like the aesthetic look of the bottle and it does keep the water colder than my non-insulated bottle. I know our top water is pretty safe at home and not work, but i still choose to sterilize the water. I do see it turn out by itself when the 4 hour self cleaning interval kicks in

 You know i just drink out of it close the lid and that's it first. Let'S look at the bowel spelt where i drink out of, as i examine it closely, you can see the green flakes inside the thread of the spout and it's actually covering the entire inside ring. Now, let's look inside the water ball, you can't really see it on camera. However, there's a sort of film inside um, that's kind of a bit greasy and the occasional green flick that you can see against the wall of the bottle, which i think is mildew
