THOUGHTS  Got this because I hike a little but mainly walk a lot, so this is a good hydration vest and will come in handy during the rough summer heat. The vest was comfortable not weighty. Everything about this works for me, it also have different compartments that are useful like phone and other items

 Got zips here for pouches for chain, four spares, and here you've got a big carrying pouch I'll flip around [Music] so you can see here. What we've got is two pockets at the front. You've got a chest harness here supposed to go up to a 46 inch chest I believe [Music] and it tightens it up [Music] I've got a little loop here for the hose, which goes through like so and you've got a clip on the side here. In fact, you've got two clips on the side here to securely fasten it in place

 So the Camera Chase vest Two and a half liters of carrying capacity, plenty for your inner tube, spare canister, food at the front, food at the back Mobile phone One and a half liters or fluid capacity. Eight pockets doesn't bounce around. Plenty of space 330 grams do your best okay if you use Sweet Outlander too. Super lightweight 310 grams and it also has one and a half liters of fluid capacity

Here there you've got the straps for adjustability on either side here, some mesh flexible material here, zips for the front left hand pocket and inside here you can see there's another zip here for your keys or for credit card. if you're going out and a little loop here. you can put some food in there

 The cons: It's a little bit bigger so might be a little bit warmer it's it's slightly lower down on the back. Also, these chest straps can be a bit tighter if you're a larger person. What's it for? Well, as for those cross-country marathons that you need to be self-supported at. and it's for those longer rides

The water reservoir fill has changed and the strap that holds it in place is permanent, meaning there is no Velcro strap to make removal easy. You have to get it just right to pull it out of the pack

 The problem was he is a bigger guy and it just wasn't comfortable on him no matter how we adjusted the straps. Currently he is about 250 lbs and the straps just didn't really work for him.  It fit me really well. I got the size extra small slash small because I'm a small human. It fit me high on my back. It didn't slosh around

REI swiftland hydro 5 review

 So I'm gonna try out this REI running vest. It's a 1.5 liter and I can't remember the model name, but it's the REI brand.

 I filled up the hydration pack. Ooh, good view. I don't know if you can see it. Kind of. There's Monterey.

 The Swiftland, the Swiftland Hydro 5. I'm not gonna lie, I mostly bought this because this is one of my favorite colors.

 Don't buy performance things because of the colors. However, this thing worked really well.

 It was only two and a half miles, so I don't know as far as like chafing goes.

 I'm not somebody that has a big problem with chafing though, so I don't know if I'm one to speak on that.

 But the pros are it held my sweatshirt really well. Not that I needed it because it was humid as fuck in the main compartment.

 And then it holds a 1.5 liter hydro thing in its own compartment against your back.

 I'm looking around because I don't want people to think I'm crazy and talking to myself.

 It has little pouches on the front, which I put some gels in.

 And it has like an outer pouch too, which I left the directions in for the entire run.

 So it's got a lot of room in it. I think this bag might be a little extra for the type of running that I do.

 Oh, hold on, people are coming. Okay, I just closed my windows.

 I'm a thirsty runner, so I wanted to have something that I could either fill up the pouch or have water bottles with, which you can put in the front pockets.
