It does the job for that. I do wish the padding was a little thicker but it's not thin enough to be an issue. It holds sweat like no tomorrow so I definitely have to change out of them when I get home so I don't break out where the bra sits on my back. It does it's job and while not perfectly, it does it well

This guy is easy to put on and take off, and you're getting this information from a gal who has arthritis in the back and a neck and shoulders that can freeze with the wrong movement. Reaching behind my car seat can put me in a bad way for weeks. A little trick I've learned is to straighten out the material after getting it over your head and before pulling it down the rest of the way. When the material is bunched up it's tougher to work down and you're going to do the one arm in the air dance around in circles trying to grab enough to pull it down
