Loft is stronger than what I'm used to, basically a club up from what you would expect (8 iron loft is the same as my old 7 iron, etc). After dialing in my distances, these clubs have been a pleasure to use. There isn't a better set for the price. I'm not the golfer who needs the newest, latest, greatest product so this was an easy choice over the newer mavrik irons based on price alone! Highly recommended
