 Thanks guys. This is a large, not ideal for me, especially in an insulated jacket because the whole point with an insulated piece, or in my opinion, is you don't have to wear extra stuff underneath when it's cold out. So if I wear the large, unless I cinch everything down, there's a lot of extra space in here. So it's probably not going to be as warm as the medium would

 I can take it on and off with the jacket zipped up, so if you're on the lift, you don't lose any heat. You're gonna be wearing this jacket in a cold environment anyway, it's an extremely warm jacket. So I can take that hood off, if this is already up, and I can ride with this hood probably almost as good as like anything out there that's gonna stay sort of close enough without like popping off. So this is the same same hood as the cyclic jacket, which I'm super familiar with

 So I love that there's no gaiter personally and I love this super wide cuff. If you compare this to other high-end jackets like with Patagonia, they have a very narrow cuff and it's hard to get your gloves on and off. So with this, it's really easy getting your gloves on and off. Love the pockets

 It's really light, so got your big pocket here, double on this side, and then this like, this is kind of the material if you're familiar with like the helium jacket. So you got this, that on the inside, like this stretch, kind of like softshell, not softshell, it's like this stretch fabric. It's really soft and they've got that around the neck. So normally the hoods on, the contoured hoods on Burton jackets, work really well with my helmet, which is this James's helmet

 Normally snowboard with just a shell jacket over layers. This jacket will be excellent for those brutal -20C days on the mountain. Fit is a bit slimmer compared to Burton shells because of the insulation. Great deal from amazon on this high end jacket

 Hey everyone, Casey here at PeterGlenn.com and today I'm wearing the Burton Layla Insulated Snowboard Jacket for Women. This jacket has a nice sporty look with technical features you'll appreciate out on the mountain. For starters, this jacket packs 100 grams of Thermalight insulation on the body and 80 grams on the sleeves, combined with Burton's living lining system that offers climate control without the added bulk, keeping you toasty on those cold winter days

 And if you need to dial in the fit, there's a hem cinch cord with access in the waist pocket so you can easily pull to tighten. In terms of storage, there's plenty, including two zippered waist pockets, a chest pocket with hidden zipper entry, an internal thermal media pocket for longer-lasting battery phone life, and a port for your headphones, along with an internal mesh pocket for your goggles. In terms of fit, this jacket has a slim cut so it sits close to the body.
