After hours of research I chose this set and I couldn't be happier that I did. They are leagues beyond anything I have ever owned, and cooking with them is an absolute joy. They are solid, perhaps a bit heavier than your average non-stick cookware, and heat very evenly. They do heat up a bit slower than average due to their thickness, but what it does for your technical capability is well worth it; the temperature control is fantastic! Finally, the non-stick performance is great, much better than the very popular brand I owned before
