Coffee tastes great. Coffee maker is very quiet. My Dad is a light sleeper and his bedroom is right by the kitchen, less than 20 feet from pot and it doesn't wake him up. Coffee machine looks nice sitting on the counter

As other's have said, not having a removable water reservoir is a bit of a pain, but not a deal breaker. The machine makes very good coffee, but that is only when we can get it to brew. After running through the initial purging cycle and setting the hardness (we have very hard water but have a reverse osmosis water filter) I loaded the machine up with RO water and coffee and set the timer for a brew the following morning. Much to my chagrin there was no brewed coffee in the morning

Carafe stays hot, which seems to be a common concern for people who like to let their coffee sit around instead of drink it. ;) But better still it actually pours drip free. My Bonavita carafe drove me nuts with this. The lid does not seem to be able to be taken apart so cleaning is kind of impossible

Brews at the right temperature and keeps coffee hot for the two hours it remains on. The cone filters tended to bend during brewing. I began to put a small amount of water in the filter initially and dampen the sides. Seems to have solved that issue

Great product for the price . We had a Cuisinart for years before this and this performs a as well except does not have the 3 adjustable carafe temperatures and self cleaning features and the stainless steel is only on the front and not sides ,,,,which is fine by me it's in a corner . Pot does not leak if using to fill the water reservoir as others we have had did . Looks good too ,, is lighter in weight than others we have had
