 I don't suppose that all units will heat exactly the same, and for all I know mine may be an outlier, heat-wise.  I'm hoping this review might save someone from an overdone meal. I still really like my Fast Slow Pro, but I definitely have to adjust my cooking times rather drastically in order to get the best results from it.  Oops!  It shows the pressure level inside how much time you have cooking, how much time you have until it reaches full pressure, just everything it has more settings for pressure settings on it too. There'S um just a better overall build quality too. On this unit, it looks a lot nicer, i know that's kind of subjective and who cares, but if you're gon na leave it out on the counter, i guess that doesn't hurt, but it just feels like a much better made machine like a. I guess you could say like a much professional, more professional level, uh pressure cooker or multi-function cooker

 If you leave it out the accompanying steamer basket and rack are both made of stainless steel and are machine washable. The inner pot is dishwasher, safe, though the manufacturer warns that you should hand wash it to protect the ceramic nonstick coating in our testing. Breville Fast Slow Pro Review

 It's large but has smaller capacity than my old crockpot. You have to add 10-40 minutes to cook time to account for building and releasing pressure. For some meals, you'd be better off cooking in the oven than waiting for the pressure cooker.  I love the features, I love Breville, I love the idea of this product, but I can't say that I would spend this much on it again given the way the pot retains odors so badly

 the seal on the the lid is quite ticklish. If you haven't got it just right, the cooker won't proceed to cooking after preheating;  2. you don't know until the end of a (lengthy) preheating phase that your lid isn't sealed. If one knew earlier on that the lid isn't sealed, one would waste less time

 It is very sharp um, but it's just a standard kettle lead. So if you've got one of these kicking around from a computer or some other item plus you can buy them, i'd put a longer cable on just to make life easier as it stands, it'll fit pretty much where we're going to keep it in our when we're Using it in our kitchen, which is just on the hob underneath the extractor, so any any steam will just get sucked outside, because that vents outside through the ball. This, hopefully, is something that the kids can use being supervised by me. Otherwise, without having loads of pans

 As you can see, it comes in quite a nice retail box. It'S quite a heavy little unit nicely packaged gives you the basics on the back um, something i should say is one of the things reasons my wife decided to have this one over the other. One is because it's got a steam release which is operated by the machine itself rather than just lifting the lever. So when it's finished it'll either automatic if you've got it on a program, it'll automatically release the steam or you can do it manually

 This, hopefully, is something that the kids can use being supervised by me. Otherwise, without having loads of pans. On the hot hob you just pop them in here, stir it less chances of them getting burnt and then close it up and let it cook and then they just ladle it out into the pie trays once we're done so we'll give come back later and give It a try but initial impressions. It was a nice machine and, if you're looking at something like this, hopefully this has give you an insight as to if you prefer the look of this one over the pressure, king prayer

 So i think about five: we just leave this about five minutes bubbling away. Gigantic!

 The turkey turned out great.  The issue came when I went to use the fryer a second time the next day. I plugged in the power cord and none of the led lights came on. I turned the temperature dial and nothing

 You can fry big items and multiple items unlike the air fryer we have that you can only fry at most 6-7 wings at a time.

 Long story short I bypass the switch and same thing. I bypass both the safety switch and the thermal cutoff and plug the power cord in and the power turns right on and everything works.  Obviously bypassing the safety features is not a solution for this but it does show that more effort needs to be put on making the safety feature components rock solid and functional. If they can get these safety features working rock solid this would be the best fryer I have ever used

..we finished that second turkey and then Investigated the issue. That heating element got gross QUICK, so make sure you wash it between turkeys!! My family hid in their room that day until I was able to remove the finished turkey, cool down the fryer and air out the house

Quick, but not impressive

 I put a thermometer in the oil as it was heating up and maxed out at 361 when the green light turned on. When you put the turkey in the temperature never goes back above 300. The heating element simply wasn't powerful enough to keep it within that temperature range.  There's a reason outdoor propane fryers come out a lot crispier as they can maintain temperature throughout the cooking process

Very convenient but has issues

 So easy. Especially the clean up. No trying to pour 3 gallons of oil out of a heavy pot into a funnel anymore. No messing with the timer that wants to shut off every 20 minutes, or regulating the propane flow

 All easy. Clean up was so easy, I set the funnel and oil jug under the spout and let it flow. Then the rest of the clean up work was comparable to propane clean up. The design even left all the burnt up bits in the bottom of the fryer instead of getting dumped into the jug

Wouldn’t stay hot enough

It took so long for the temperature to get where it was needed, I thought about unplugging it and tossing it in the trash, but finally after an hour and half the green light came on, I lowered the turkey down into the grease and it cooked it perfectly.
