I think you’re right that you need a deeper, narrower shape like Panache Jasmine. For a similar shape without lace, you could try Freya Deco, maybe Panache Cari or Gossard Glossies. If you’re open to some seams, that would open you up to padded, seamed bras like Bravissimo Satine or  Comexim bras. The calculator is putting you between sizes

Some medications I started taking six months ago can cause breast growth, and mine have grown some and it's now becoming uncomfortable to just go braless all the time like I have for a few years because now they move a lot and touch the inner side of my arms which is annoying me. 

I am looking for reccomendations because almost nothing I try on seems to fit right. Or I think it feels ok and then an hour later It doesn't feel good anymore, often painful. 

A few weeks ago my calculator size was 32DDD, reccomended sister size was 34DD. 

Today I remeasured and my calculator size is saying  32DDD/G, sister size 34DD/DDD. I'm a bit confused by the calculator results today because DDD and G are not interchangeable  
cup sizes and DD and DDD are also not interchangeable cup sizes. 

I think I have wide roots. Close set, because I find a lot of gores are too wide and cover part of my breast tissue. I get gaping at the top of nearly all bra cups I try on. 

Due to that, I think I may do well in a bra like Panache Jasmine, but I haven't tried it on yet. I really do not want something with lace on the actual cups because in my experience, lace bra cups look terrible under clothes. 

I think I need something that's got short cups or half/Demi cups and a narrow gore.

The Gossard Superboost Lace has been the closest so far and I almost kept it but the puckered cups showed through my clothes, which I'm not comfortable with. I will only wear unlined bras, preferably a softer material that isn't scratchy & isn't lumpy/visible under clothes

 Hell, it might even be worth ordering the Gossard to see how it works for you in terms of shape just to narrow in on your personal projection. If you're able, now is the time to go to Amazon and be prepared to order and return things in your true 30E UK size.

1) Pink bra (Aerie real happy lace 32D)

I had to double check the size because I tried and returned this bra in 32DD before and this one didn't seem any different!  Of the 3, this is the worst fit but it is comfy!! I really like the wider 3 hook band and soft fabric. There is a slight bit of puckering at the centre where the cups attach to the gore.

2)Black bra (Aerie real happy 32DD)

This feels   comfortable; no quadboob unlike the 32D below as the cups are taller. The wire is slightly too wide but it's not causing discomfort. If the wire was angled 10-15 degrees steeper it'd be perfect.

 it could do that. I mean it's slightly padded on the outside which maybe gives

 a little bit of oomph but if more than anything that's just comfortable. It's

 not, you know and that isn't the reason for the lift is that's on the

 outside so it is very very clever. Apparently it's the technology is

 exclusive to Gossard and it took two years to create so you know you're on

 to something good when something takes that long to make but yeah it's
