I don't think going up a cup size would benefit you since this looks good in cup fit and the next size up would be too big. I'd suggest looking at Bravissimo's house brand, they've got the widest wires of the UK brands and I think you'd suit a wide range of their styles. Edit 2 as I forgot about the sports bras question: Panache, Freya, Bravissimo, and Anita are all pretty popular bra sized sports bras, I have a Bravissimo Inspire myself and quite like it.

It’s Elomi Energise or the Bravissimo Inspire for me now that I’m a 34JJ UK (and the Bravissimo does not run the same as Elomi as I’m finding out, or not for my shape). The inspire has a few sale colors right now so I have a bunch of sizes on order to try. The 34K holds me up well, but the gore is floating a tad, so I made a 2nd order.
