 Even the revolve 2 is plenty loud enough at 50 volume at 75 volume on the revolve plus two, the sound filled, the huge open concept, living room and kitchen in my house and carrying on a conversation was impossible. Even at that volume the audio stayed clear. Let'S touch on that stereo pairing: this is a really nice way to get a more immersive sound. If you do want to splash out and get two speakers, you can, by the way pair two revolve, twos or mix and match the plus two stereo pairing is as easy as flipping a switch in the app and sounds wonderfully balanced and dizzyingly symphonic one quark

 Bose has had over five years to upgrade, while some portable speakers can get you 20 hours of battery life or more i'd say what bose is offering here is merely average charging time by the way takes about four hours on either speaker, which is an incredibly long Time, let's talk setup. The first thing i notice is that neither of my speakers come out of the box with a full charge, which is a bit of a disappointment and means you'll need to wait about four hours before your first use. Even so, you can set these speakers up in seconds when you turn them on. They go right into pairing mode and you'll find them instantly in your phone's bluetooth menu

The last is sound output because of the size difference you're going to get more bass from the plus the standard. Revolve 2 is still good relative to the overall size, but if you're looking for something with fuller, sound, the plus is the better one to invest in okay. UE roll or B&amp;O Beoplay A1? Anyone have a preference or experience with one of the speakers listed?

[SoundLink Revolve II, Flip 4, SoundLink Flex]([URL REMOVED]  much as I love the sound signature, I just can’t justify the size of  this thing to be a portable speaker. It is much larger than my JBL Flip 4  and Soundlink Revolve II as pictured, which surprised me; even though I  didn’t review the dimensions before ordering it. I’m also not a fan on  how you can’t stand it upright on its own and that it can only support  itself orientated in a horizontal position.  

I had my hopes up for a waterproof speaker from Bose, but I feel like  this thing would be a little too much of an inconvenience due to it’s  size. Which is a shame because I LOVE buying Bose products. I just can’t  justify $150 for a mono speaker this size from Bose just because it’s  waterproof/durable. I hope the next iteration can fix this issue

 Jbl charge 5 have a bit deeper bass and cleaner treable on low/medium volyme. Jbl also is ipx7 and have a bit better battery life.

JBL Charge 5 vs Bose Soundlink Revolve II+

 Seems very good on the treble side but fair on the bass side. Perhaps a SMART phone app that delivers listener controls is in order? Although small, it packs a good volume and quality of sound punch. Easy to transport. Keep in mind I use it indoors (lovely sound here) and outdoors, and where the latter is concerned nothing will be perfect

 You should at least be able to control it through an app. It has 360 degree, room filling sound, so you shouldn’t have to have it in your hand while you are watching a movie or TV just to adjust the volume.
