 This seat is also not overly cushy, so it's not something that you'd see on a cruiser bike. But it certainly does have a nice amount of give in the seat area. This really is something I find that over a long, extended ride adds a lot to the comfort. I also like the overall length of the seat as well

 For comparison, that's like adding five quarters to my pocket as I'm riding, which to me is nothing. That's negligible. I have a lot of other ways where I could reduce five quarters worth of weight in terms of riding other than the main point of contact between my body and my bike, which is the seat. So to me, extra 30 grams is a no-brainer

 This really is something I find that over a long, extended ride adds a lot to the comfort. I also like the overall length of the seat as well. It is 275 millimeters long. The WTB Volt length was fine

 The Koda, actually, the length felt a lot shorter, and it felt too short. So all in all, I'm very happy with this seat. It's comfortable. It's not the lightest seat on the market

 Well, THIS cyclist felt like he was riding on two rails, because of the lack of support by the tail of the saddle under my sit bones. I rode it a hundred miles to make sure, but it just wasn't for me. So, I went back to my Fizik Aliante Versus, which has been the best saddle I've every ridden.

 SMP claims that cyclists don't really ride on their ischial tuberosities, but on the ischial ramus. That's their theory behind the design of this saddle.  Not overweight at all, but cycling is usually tough for guys my size. Pro fitment helps using a factory saddle, but after longer racing rides or tour events, I realized that I needed a change. I was super skeptical about spending this kind of cash on an ergonomic saddle and x2 for my trek road bike and my ktm gravel bike. However, if I could give this saddle 6 star rating, I would

Best saddle for comfort, I find I do not "slide forward" while riding this saddle, even in the aeros. If your not sure you want to shell out this kind of coin you can do what I did, buy a Selle TRK model that's about $70 to see if this saddle will be a long term fit for you then move up to the PRO.

 The saddle is expensive and a little on the heavy side, so buy it if you value a saddle which is really good to sit on. Be aware Selle SMP has a huge range of saddles with different width and from no to thick padding, so you may need an other saddle from their range.

 It is the most comfortable road race saddle I own. I can compare to Fizik Antares, Specialized Romin and Brooks Professional. They are all very good saddles, but this is just a little bit better to sit on. And a saddle clad in real leather looks better than the microtex on other contenporary saddles

 Buy a correctly sized saddle. All the good saddle companies give the width specs for the different saddles they make. I suffered from riding narrow saddle issues for 20 years before I figured I have wide sit bones. Now I know! SMP Pro saddles are worth every penny! Buy quality bib shorts and ride all day
