Boker Kwaiken Air vs kizer sheepdog

I finally choose an Boker Kwaiken Air Plus. vg10 + g10 instead of m390 + titanium for almost the same price, that's the price of trust, isn't it ? Pretty satisfied, only issue is that it came almost dull, and when you didn't learn how to sharpen a knife yet, vg-10 is not the easiest to start. It also applies to m390, though. A bit of play appeared after 3 month of flipping it as the liner is getting worn

I could go on and on but the point is I feel I'm getting the most bag for my dollar from Kizer. Lastly if your finger cant open a high end Kizer send it back. It's not a switchblade and one should never have to flip a good Kizer. I've torn mine apart just to find the simplest of construction

Love love love this blade. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is its made in China and wasn't as razor sharp as I expected it to be. Still, overall a fantastic knife.

The full size titanium handle is anodized in blue for a visually pleasing view, and the grooves are skeletonized to reduce weight for a balanced carry with the 3D milled one piece pocke clip (also of titanium I believe).

I love the weight as well. It is not light for the size but has a great feeling in hand.

There is no other milling on the inside of the scales, so the cutouts are the only weight relief. There's a lot of material here and while it feels substantial in hand, the balance makes it feel and handle lighter than it's true weight. It will be noticeable in the pocket as it's a bit on the thicker side. However, the pocket clip is really nice and has plenty of room for pockets with thicker material
