 So rocker starts here at this part of the blue, side cut ends there so we get a longer effective edge, you can get into the turn, really feel that smoothness and power come through just an interesting way to show how that works on the base of the ski for the graphic for this year which is nice. Then we're talking about something that's not terribly light, you know, good on the swing weight but still heavy on the scale, 2002 grams here in the 172 so you can imagine that 179, 186, 191 we're going to be adding to that total, certainly over that 2000 gram mark we're looking at a heavier ski so it does take some work to get the performance out of it but it's, you know, thanks to the shape it's not that demanding. Then we see that nice rocker profile kind of come through here on this end, good positive camber underfoot, nice splay at the end, you know, not really a twin tip in the freestyle sense of the word, more of a modern progressive free ride shape and then we get some nice rocker and taper in the tip as well. So having that nice long rocker profile, pretty gradual rise here leading to a moderate splay, nothing crazy, you know, just a very even profile and then same thing in the tail, you know, it's nothing too abrupt, that's what gives this ski its smoothness and just a really nice entry and exit to the turn with that nice moderate taper shape as well so everything's good about this ski, you know, definitely has that advanced to expert, you know, feel to it due to the metal and then that weight but overall, you know, if you're that progressing intermediate looking for a fatter ski to explore and be adventurous on, this is a great option

Nordica Enforcer 104 free is my vote. I bought these to fly to snowbird / Alta and use them 99% of the time. If the powder is really deep, I’ll demo wider, softer powder skis and not even notice the pain of paying over the huge grin plastered to my face of having the “misfortune” to have to rent skis for the day.

Eastcoaster here.  I’m riding the head imagnums 72 waist after a 20 year hiatus.  Like the steeps but not a bump guy , some trees.  

Heading out west in February and looking to buy a second pair but have never really skied powder only a couple times as teenager in the East.  Thought was to try to demo and purchase out there. 

Was thinking something with a 110 waist to have for a second pair for different conditions in the East.  

If anyone has any recommendations or advice it would be appreciated.  5’8 185 skiing a 163

Looking for a ski for Snowbird/Alta

 So if the Ranger 102 FR is to the Ranger 98, I think it's a very similar comparison to compare the 104 to the 100 here. So hopefully I'll have some more opportunities to ski them. Nordica kind of left us with this pair and as far as I know, they're not going to come take them from us. So we'll keep skiing them

 I really like that. I think it decreased swing weight. We're going to talk about that a little bit more. But I think that was a valuable change to this 104
