 That creates an interesting conversation of whether you would choose a Rustler 10 or a Hustle 10, because they are very similar in their overall, I suppose, in what they accomplish on the mountain, and in that way you can kind of just think about it as energy in the Hustle 10 or more vibration damping and more of a, the Rustlers stay kind of glued to the snow surface but with a very slarvey feel where these are bouncing and prefer to kind of jump up and down and release themselves from the snow surface. So, awesome ski, whether you're going to be using it strictly in the backcountry as a touring focused ski, whether you're going to be skiing it in the resort or whether you're going to be doing a combination of both those things, it's a heck of a lot of fun to ski. We were somewhat surprised when Blizzard announced them because they are fairly close to the Rustlers in shape and overall feel and all that kind of stuff and even weight, you know, they're not like crazy lighter than the Rustlers, but through skiing them it's become really obvious that they're a very valuable complement to Blizzard's existing skis. So, that's it, that's the Hustle 10 from Blizzard, super super fun

 It's not really designed to be like a super lightweight, like, randonnay race touring ski. It's more a touring ski that's focused on maximizing the downhill fun. So, light enough for the ascent, and then on the way down, you get just the super fun shape. You know, the same benefits that come along with the shape of a Rustler 10

I am 6'2" and 210 lbs. riding a pair of 188's, perfect size for me. Snow conditions were not good, very hard pack on piste, off piste was 1" of new over chunk ice. Off piste was essentially not skiable

 I would expect this ski to be a blast off piste in decent snow. Can't wait to ride them in decent conditions.

 When skiing the ski through icy chopped up snow or bumps the ski handles in a predictable way, and doesn't get easily deflected by heavy snow or crud. On groomers, the ski handles like I expected. It wouldn't be my first choice for skiing mostly groomers, as the tips tend to chatter at high edge angles and the tail starts to wash turns, so it doesn't lend to a lot of confidence at high speeds. The Atris has been a favorite of many at our shop - so I was excited to see what all the fuss was about. For this year, there are slight changes including a slightly smaller waist width. You might not even fully realize just how much you want a ski like this. For high-volume ski touring, steep-and-rowdy firm-snow ski mountaineering, and work-week, headlamp exercise skinning, a lightweight set-up based on the K2 WayBack 80 is just the ticket. The featherweight construction flies uphill. The narrow and stiff construction grabs on the steeps but gets bucked around in tougher snow. 
This is a specialized tool. You won't pick these for day-to-day backcountry skiing. Deep, perfect powder snow is enjoyable, but bigger guns will be even more fun. Any sort of poor snow &#40;breakable crust? Slop?&#41; is better handled by a bigger and heavier option. All small skis are under-equipped for tough snow, but the K2 does better than most. It is this ski's more forgiving tough-snow performance that edges it ahead of other close competitors.

Obviously I won't be taking these out for powder laps but for long/fast and/or late season missions this is a great choice at a great price. Match them with a race binding (I mounted a Plum 150), light boots and race skins and you'll have a setup you won&#39;t mind hiking with to find snow in mid summer.

I got these for late spring/summer use and couldn't be happier. They are very light but can still be skied hard. I have found they shine on steep icy slopes (skied bulletproof on Temple SW) and they handle those horrible summer sun cups just fine. Compared to the Waybacks 88s I find they are a bit less grabby in breakable crusts and easier to control on steep ice
