I definitely prefer the Essence so I would use this on my body since it is a bigger bottle and more affordable. Watery Essence Cool as I said interchangeably with this one, but I would probably try to keep this for the summer and use it up in the summer since it does have that cooling sensation

 For the face, it says to use a half of a teaspoon for the face and neck. So here's a bottle. It does say that it turns blue in harmful UV light. Mine has a light blue tint to it right now

 it says did you know that blue lizard is named after a chameleon that changes color to protect itself and then it says just like the lizard, your bottle will change color and harmful UV rays reminding you to protect yourself by applying sunscreen. It's genius I Also did forget to mention that this is titanium. dioxide. at five percent in zinc oxide, ten percent

 So I will come back in a few minutes and I'll let you know kind of how long it took to st. Blue Lizard Sunscreen Review - Sensitive SPF 30

 And then as far as ingredients that I want to highlight within this formulation, honestly, there aren't really any that really stand out to me or are worth calling out individually. This does have vitamin A in it. Vitamin E is a great antioxidant for the skin, but it's the third to last ingredient so it probably doesn't have that much vitamin E within this formulation to make it really no worthy if you know what I mean. So not really anything in here that I want to call out, but that's not a bad thing that doesn't mean that the ingredients are bad, it's just that there's nothing spectacular

 The good news is that not only is this fragrance free and essential oil free, but there are no known irritants or skin sensitizers within this specific formulation. So even though we aren't getting anything incredible, we're also not having any issues as far as those sensitizing ingredients goes that we can often find and other sunscreen. So of course that doesn't mean that this won't irritate your skin when I call that out specifically.3 percent zinc oxide

 Nothing that's known to help to improve your overall complexion, reduce the appearance of pores, help to control oil is nothing like that, so pretty strict back in that sense, which again, could be a good thing if you have sensitive, but I feel like that kind of defeats the purpose when there are chemical filters added to it. The formulation of this one is really nice. It still does kind of give me traditional sunscreen vibes if you will, but it's definitely the lightest weight of these three. so lighter weight than blue lizard, lighter weight than copper tone, and doesn't have that sticky feel that the Coppertone sunscreen has

 Extremely noteworthy. From an ingredient label standpoint, this does have caprylic, triglycerides and glycerin in it, which are two really nice hydrating ingredients for the skin. But other than that, there's nothing to really call out. No antioxidants within this formulation
