Bella Pro Series 90062 vs Elite Gourmet ECT-3100

Works good but was very disappointed that the slots are even shorter in length than my other toaster which barely fits longer pieces of bread (gv 9 multigrain bread). Going to keep it for my homemade gluten free bread and my old toaster for the other bread. But I am disappointed that they don't make a toaster with longer slots without having to get a long 4 slice toaster.

I got the impression that it would be narrow. It's as deep as most any other toaster! And it's wider too. Takes up more space on my counter than I prefer. Bc of the size I would not buy again

I must admit the stainless steel look is what really caught my eye for the purchase at first! It goes so well with everything in our kitchen! Now, with all of the features, I’ve fallen in love! The timer is great and I’m loving the cancel button so there isn’t a forced/eventually broken lever. My favorite feature by far is the frozen button option! It’s just the two of us in our household, therefore I find myself freezing a lot of our bread products. Instead of having to thaw them and run the risk of them being soggy, I can put them directly into the toaster and come out perfect!! Highly recommend!

The rectangular loaves of bread I buy have slices that are slightly more than 5 inches wide. The slots of this toaster are exactly 10 inches long, so I cannot fit two slices in it unless I turn them sideways, but then the end of each slice sticks out of the top, making them under-done. The big-brand-name breads would fit fine, but I wish the designer had included just another 1/4 inch of length! 3. Temperature is overall lower than my last one, so I need to turn it up to the halfway point for a "normal" toast setting

The most basic function of a toaster is to toast both sides equally and evenly. Sorry to say this one falls short, sadly like ever other toaster i’ve tried. No setting for frozen bread either.

consumer reports got this one wrong . this toaster is new to me so thus far function it is ok . Very cheaply made and the power cord , item most likely to cause a problem , is china cheap as you would expect to find on an inexpensive imported lamp . If it proves to be dependable I will replace the power cord for safety reasons

Works well enough. If outlet has no power then the latching fails to engage when lever is depressed and hence, without warning, appears to be defective. There should be a power failure indication. Otherwise works well enough, easy to clean, simple assembly and usage
