So I started using the Balea one instead and only a few days later, my skin is much happier and much calmer looking. So I guess what I wanted to say is.

I really like the balea med ultra sensitive line. The products are really basic with few ingredients but do their job well. I recommend the balea med ultra sensitive Waschgel (cleansing gel) and the Gesichtswasser (toner) especially. My skin type is dry, sensitive and eczema prone and I haven't had any problems, the products don't contain any fragrance and are very mild

Is hard for someone with a salary of 300 euros. My skin is a mix of oily-dry with acne and acne scars and I just want to start a skin care routine but it's been hard finding products. Until now I've only decided to try CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser.

For sunscreen I have seen many recommendations but I'm not sure which are available in my country and which are not. In the end I found La Poche Rosay but it's a bit pricey. I've also found out about Altruist SPF 50 but I've seen complaints about stinging sensations and only partial absortion leaving a white film on the skin. A third option would be Uriage Eau Thermale SPF 50 but I honestly don't know much about this one.

For moisturizer I have no idea what to start with. Someone with a similar skin type was using The Ordinary moisturizer with Hyaluronic acid but I'm not sure how well it would work for me (i thought this was for wrinkles)

Finally I'm competely lost on what products I should use for my acne and scars. Is it worth trying a salicylic acid mask? Someone also mentioned retinoids for the scars but I'm not sure if that is something that should be tried without consulting a dermatologist (and i can't really make an appointment at the moment).

Hello! I'm a 22 Female from Portugal. I've been more or less interested in skin care routine for the past years but I've sticked to a very simple routine and I intend to do an upgrade and become more consistent with it.

I have combination to oily very sensitive skin. For the past years I've just sticked to a basic cleanser and moisturizer.

I was thinking the following routine:
For a cleanser - The CeraVe Foaming cleanser for normal to oily skin
For exfoliation I'd like to start with salicylic acid a couple times a week. I don't want to start too strong as my skin is quite reactive.
Moisturizer - I've been using the La Roche Posay effaclar duo but I'm open to recommendations. Sometimes I use the inkey list vitamin C, B and E.
Sun Protection - I've been lacking here but I'm thinking about trying the gruum sunscreen SPF 50.

I also use niacinamide before applying my moisturizer.

Regarding skin concerns I'd just like to reduce some hyper pigmentation due to acne (nothing to severe, just have a couple spots), help prevent breakouts and overall improve my skin complexion. It would be cool if I could start preventing signs of ageing.

 Ultra Sensitive Waschgel - has the same plastic-y medicinal smell that the Babylove Ultra Sensitive Waschbalsam has. It's not a bad smell but it is distinctive.

 So but you know, we are in the age of globalization. So it's not that difficult to find the entire ingredient list because they are selling it also in the US and UK and the other countries. And there it is mandated that you have to tell all the ingredients in descending order. It's fine

So I always run down to the grocery store and see what's selling. And then I also try to do my own research and try to look at the ingredient list, try to test the product itself, right? And also look at the Amazon reviews and NICA reviews in some cases, et cetera, and identify if what I am seeing anecdotally is equivalent to what people are saying anecdotally, okay? So I got this product. Now some of you might know that I am allergic to turmeric

 I also want to quickly talk about the Himalayan foaming face wash. So it's everything purifying face wash plus vetriar oil, which is another sensitizing component. So they thought, okay, this product is not bad enough in itself. So let's just add one more ingredient and make it worse and then sell it

 They've said what are the actives. So in actives, they have neem, turmeric, I think glycerin, right? And then on the inactives, they have the MIT MCI, these two preservatives, which I cannot pronounce. So we'll just talk in abbreviations for those two. And then they also have perfume, color additives, and all those kind of fragrance components that you do not want

Let’s do this , once and for all

 For me, this was fine on my sensitive skin and it is a pretty light gel-type formula. I think using this with my Clarisonic/any face brush has been really good. I have really dry skin, but this doesn't make it worse. I would say it isn't enough to completely moisturize skin, but it doesn't dry it out either

Works well! Reduced redness and acne on my sensitive skin

 It has a light herbal scent, which smells good instead of some artificial one. The face wash is a jelly-like and just a little bit, it cleans the dust from the whole day away.
