  The device looks great and the display on the device itself is pretty easy to understand once you get used to what each of the bars means. I also like how the display can be adjusted to show any of the metrics individually or can be used as a simple clock if desired. I also appreciate the light level adjustment and the sleep mode which would come in handy if using the device in a bedroom.  Additionally, I've found the mobile software to be top notch

Peace of mind when working from home

 Temperature and humidity are dead on with my thermostat.  Despite the pictures the unit is really small and can fit anyway. Another bonus is the power plug is USBC allowing you to run a longer cable if needed.

I work at home so spend a lot of time in my home office. I was amazed to see CO2 levels jump when I keep my door closed too long. The Awair reminds me to open a door or window to avoid excess levels. It also helped me identify humidity issues I can address to make the air even better

 I've emailed Temtop support about the issue, really hoping they honor their 12-month warranty.  Update: 1* to 4*. Customer service was responsive and sent me a replacement M10 and postage paid shipping label for return of the defective unit at no additional cost.

 In an earthquake it could drop and start a fire. Leaving/using in a vehicle seems dicey too.  The formaldehyde detector has to be calibrated by leaving the unit outdoors for 6 hours which is completely impractical when wildfire smoke reads in the AQI > 150 range outdoors.  Overall it seemed really promising for a few days but considering these shortcomings, a pretty disappointing product

  Dropped one unit from 3 feet on hardwood floor and its readings became erratic then it began to overheat, getting hotter and hotter even after powering down. Had to take it outdoors with an ice pack to minimize fire risk. In an earthquake it could drop and start a fire. Leaving/using in a vehicle seems dicey too

Better than expected. First - workmanship: everything from the unit itself to accessories to packaging to screen looks like made at the same facility as Apple TV or iPhone. Literally feels like you've got an Apple product.  Put for 6 hours outside, then turned on, waited for countdown and it works

 We bought it when the wildfires in Oregon were horrible, and I hope we don't have to test it out under such circumstances. A strong plus is that it is small and very portable, so you can take it with you when fleeing bad air and determine how good the new situations may be.
