 So breaking down some of the sunscreen details a little bit, filter wise, again, this is a European sunscreen, so they're able to use some of those good, good filters. This specifically has Uvinal A Plus for UVA protection, Uvinal T150 for the UVB part of the range, Triasorb, which is that new, new filter that's claiming broad spectrum, very broad spectrum across the entirety of the UV spectrum, as well as getting into visible light to offer some blue light protection. Did I get it to work with makeup? Yes. But I don't always want to get some screens to work with makeup

 Let's celebrate that. This just launched, if I'm not mistaken, just because I know when I finally saw it go live, it wasn't available even on Boots. So there is a new sunscreen on the block and that in itself isn't the exciting part, but rather it's a new sunscreen that's for sensitive skin, that's fragrance, essential oil, and alcohol free.  So when it says SPF of 50, then UVA should be at least equal to a third of that. And again, something to say about that is that that is also, in general, something companies are testing themselves.  So what I've decided is to use the Babo on my son's face and the Blue Lizard on his body!

Much better than Aveeno & Neutrogena, but it didn't beat Babo.

Used this lotion last weekend at the lake. I went on smooth and had little to no smell to. It was easy to apply. My kids liked how the bottle turned pink in UV light

 All of my kids have still burned using this sunscreen - even the naturally tan year round kiddo. The burn went away within a day though and there was no pain associated, so it wasn’t a significant burn. The price is pretty atrocious for the teeny tiniest bottle though. I mean, I got this huge box delivered and opened it up to a 5oz bottle the size of my palm?! I know better ingredients means a higher price point but good lordt in heaven give the people another ounce or 3 for that, no one wants to toss their chemical laden products at $5 for 10oz to triple the price for half the payout

So, I love this product for its clean ingredients and EWG rating. Cancers runs strong in my family (not skin cancer - but just about every other form imaginable) and I try to be as chemical free with my kids to set them up for a hopefully cancer free future. Great product, iffy efficacy

This didn't irritate my skin but it does have titanium dioxide which can cause cancer and reproductive harm to humans, I honestly don't think I'll keep using this sunscreen just for that reason.
