 I had an expensive Microsoft keyboard. I don't recall the model number or serial number but that one it was very expensive. It was like a seven or eight bucks and whenever I ate the food would get stuck like in between the keys and then you weren't able to clean it off and then it would like just once you tried cleaning it or prying it it would totally destroy the keyboard. After a while it stopped working but I feel like these keyboards are more airtight like crumbs are not getting inside of it so it probably will last longer than the pricier Microsoft keyboard that I have

 Prices can fluctuate so by the time you're watching this review it could be slightly different but that's the price that I paid for this keyboard and I think that's a very reasonable price for a Bluetooth keyboard. Since this keyboard is completely rechargeable with the USB cord you don't have to use any batteries. So you don't have to worry about plugging in AAA or AA batteries. You just charge it and of course you can use it while it's being charged so that's very convenient

 So I purchased this on Amazon for $26.99. Prices can fluctuate so by the time you're watching this review it could be slightly different but that's the price that I paid for this keyboard and I think that's a very reasonable price for a Bluetooth keyboard. Really great value for a wireless keyboard that saves a ton of desk space

 It’s supposed to inspire a sense of reliability, but that’s a wait and see thing. It has a little flex, but nothing that would make it seem too flimsy. Build quality isn’t evil. Although the seam on the back edge where the rise is noticeable by feel, it doesn’t disqualify it from being usable

 These particular keys will give you a false sense of stroke. If you feel as if they’ve been pressed with the appropriate amount of pressure and times, you’ll for sure have a composition with enough typos to feel like you just came out of a grammar Nazi’s English class. They also feel cheap. There is, what I figure to be, a nonslip type of material on them which doesn’t feel great

 Granted, I’m sure you could solve that issue easily with a wrist/palm rest. But it lays flatter that other keyboards, which makes an uncomfortable experience that much more. With only something upwards of 1/2 an inch of rise in the back and no manner of adjustment, you’re essentially stuck with either throwing a wedge underneath or returning this keyboard. I’m going with the former because in today’s world, I’m forced financially to make some compromises

First Impressions: UPDATED

4 gigahertz wireless keyboard. Now I've had this keyboard for over a year and a half. Now I really want to put it through its paces before I give you guys a review. So this particular keyboard, obviously it's wireless

 I have not had a single issue with any of the keys in a year and a half, and using this keyboard nearly every single day, all of the keys are exactly as they were the day that I bought them. And the keys are still really, really responsive and they're actually still really quiet too. Like you guys can hear it's a, it's a, it's not one of those like really clicky keyboards. It is a, it's much quieter than you would think

 So a year and a half is amazing for a keyboard. And I put this thing through its paces. It's traveled thousands of miles across the country with me, you know, on different job trips and things like that. And it's held up extremely well

First time owning a mechanical keyboard and I definitely love it. Currently modding it and I would just like to ask y’all what type of keycap profile you recommend? I’m currently using an RK G68 with stock OEM profile keycaps and I actually like them. But I just want to try other profiles for comparison.

I like cherry, tai hao, and mt3. Apple keyboards are honestly great too for non customs.

 Well, that's not really a problem for me because I really don't use software on the keyboards I use, but I'll leave a link in the description if you still want to give it a go. Anyway, The keyboard has pretty much everything I need, like dedicated arrow keys, functions, and on-the-fly macro recording, which is explained pretty straightforward in the manual. I won't go into detail on that one since I also don't use that feature that much.  For those who want to get started into modding, customizing, or just looking for a great performing compact wireless mechanical keyboard, this is the Royal Clutch Rk G68. Let's get started! [Music] So I bought this keyboard for around 2800 pesos or around 56 us dollars last April and I have been using it for a couple of months now. I have to say this is probably the best keyboard Royal Clutch has released so far. It features a solid build tri-mode connection and 5-pin universal hot swap sockets

Note that the software is still in development and it only works when the keyboard is on wired mode. But yes, it helps in further customizing it. However, you'll have to disable it for the keyboard to work on wireless mode

So the keyboard comes with a manual, a Usb type-c cable, a keycap puller, a switch puller, and extra switches. Best Value 65% Mechanical Keyboard - Royal Kludge RK G68/RK837 Hotswap - 2021 version - Full Review

Got my rk g68 this week and found out that software was not really easy to find on this one. Also I was experiencing problems with weird key mappings where FN + 1 wasn't triggering F1 button as expected, that was giving me some troubles because I switch a lot of tty's as part of my work habits in Linux systems and also CS: GO autobuy button was desired a lot.

4ghz receiver gives this keyboard absolutely insane connectivity. -- PBT Keycaps feel quite good  Now onto the bad. Why I'll probably end up returning this keyboard (even though there's nothing else really with the feature set I mentioned above) CONS: -- PBT Keycaps are not "double shot", the texture of the print can be easily felt. I guess this is subjective

 -- Keycaps are COMPLETELY OPAQUE! The backlight can only show through the cracks effectively making it way less cool and practical since you can no longer see which key is which in the dark, so the backlight is really just there for looks now. (Picture included of what backlit keycaps should like like VS what they look like on this keyboard) -- The RGB lights themselves are obscured by the switch rather than being on top of them (maybe this is a consequence of hot-swappable switches) but this makes the RGB a lot less bright (Picture included) -- Unsightly light leaks on the red keys (Dolche model) that looks kinda bad. (Picture included) -- All the keycaps have a rough "seam"/edge to them where it looks like the injection mold got cut and wasn't sanded down. It's actually kind of sharp and just doesn't feel good when running your fingers along the edges of the keyboard/keys

In fact, there were more than a few "defects" with the plastic in the keycaps (Picture included) -- My keyboard had significant wobble (keyboard was not level) which alone made it worth returning since it wobbled with every keypress. However in light of the above problems I may just return it rather than get an exchange (which would only fix the wobble)

I like the build and feel of the keyboard. The lighting is even pretty cool although gimmicky. Nice mechanical keyboard and the ability to change out keys is great. I typed some as soon as I got it out the package and thought I found the solution to my needs

 If you just want a good budget board for you're desktop, this is it. Don't get for wireless capabilities.
