 I had an expensive Microsoft keyboard. I don't recall the model number or serial number but that one it was very expensive. It was like a seven or eight bucks and whenever I ate the food would get stuck like in between the keys and then you weren't able to clean it off and then it would like just once you tried cleaning it or prying it it would totally destroy the keyboard. After a while it stopped working but I feel like these keyboards are more airtight like crumbs are not getting inside of it so it probably will last longer than the pricier Microsoft keyboard that I have

 Prices can fluctuate so by the time you're watching this review it could be slightly different but that's the price that I paid for this keyboard and I think that's a very reasonable price for a Bluetooth keyboard. Since this keyboard is completely rechargeable with the USB cord you don't have to use any batteries. So you don't have to worry about plugging in AAA or AA batteries. You just charge it and of course you can use it while it's being charged so that's very convenient

 So I purchased this on Amazon for $26.99. Prices can fluctuate so by the time you're watching this review it could be slightly different but that's the price that I paid for this keyboard and I think that's a very reasonable price for a Bluetooth keyboard. Since this keyboard is completely rechargeable with the USB cord you don't have to use any batteries

Really great value for a wireless keyboard that saves a ton of desk space

 It’s supposed to inspire a sense of reliability, but that’s a wait and see thing. It has a little flex, but nothing that would make it seem too flimsy. Build quality isn’t evil. Although the seam on the back edge where the rise is noticeable by feel, it doesn’t disqualify it from being usable

 These particular keys will give you a false sense of stroke. If you feel as if they’ve been pressed with the appropriate amount of pressure and times, you’ll for sure have a composition with enough typos to feel like you just came out of a grammar Nazi’s English class. They also feel cheap. There is, what I figure to be, a nonslip type of material on them which doesn’t feel great

 Granted, I’m sure you could solve that issue easily with a wrist/palm rest. But it lays flatter that other keyboards, which makes an uncomfortable experience that much more. With only something upwards of 1/2 an inch of rise in the back and no manner of adjustment, you’re essentially stuck with either throwing a wedge underneath or returning this keyboard. I’m going with the former because in today’s world, I’m forced financially to make some compromises

First Impressions: UPDATED

4 gigahertz wireless keyboard. Now I've had this keyboard for over a year and a half. Now I really want to put it through its paces before I give you guys a review. So this particular keyboard, obviously it's wireless

 I have not had a single issue with any of the keys in a year and a half, and using this keyboard nearly every single day, all of the keys are exactly as they were the day that I bought them. And the keys are still really, really responsive and they're actually still really quiet too. Like you guys can hear it's a, it's a, it's not one of those like really clicky keyboards. It is a, it's much quieter than you would think

 So a year and a half is amazing for a keyboard. And I put this thing through its paces. It's traveled thousands of miles across the country with me, you know, on different job trips and things like that. And it's held up extremely well

The Rama Kara is gorgeous. I bought it specifically for these keycaps (MT3 extended 2048) and for the fact that off white goes with a lot of my caps so well. Clear Durock stabs and novelkey creams complete the look.

The bezels are extra tall, coming up/\s/past halfway for Cherry profile keycaps./\s/ I Love the way it looks, but if you type/\s/with your wrists resting on the table,/\s/ your fingers might actually hit the case,/\s/particularly on thumb keys like spacebar/\s/ or alt

Ramaworks Kara Review: Total Ripoff

1. RAMA Works fit and finish are definitely top notch, even when it comes to their 'cheaper' variant.

The Kara is a relatively easy keyboard to assemble even if you are new to custom keyboard. The assembly guide is akin to Ikea's straightforward approach; why waste time say lot word when few word do trick.

In terms of finishing, the Kara is a tad better than NK65 EE with its incorporation of metal screw posts (thank god for this) and overall QC; no apparent scuffs or marks from its injection moulding technique.

The typing feel on the Kara is a lot softer than I'd imagine due to the combination of MUTE mount and PC plate, and translates to a more muted sound signature than your typical top mount keyboard. I'd say that Tactiles/Clickies might be the perfect combination for this board with regard to sound.

Typing on a HHKB layout takes getting used to. The lower backspace and 1U left control messes with my typing position more often than I would care to admit.But overall it's been a fun experiment typing on different board layouts. Is it worth the $160 asking price? Heck yes!

FIrst RAMA - KARA in SOYA

 So 45 bucks seems like a larger chunk of money relative to the board. And Don’t forget, you will require stabs, switches, and keycaps to finish it off. So It’s still a premium sort of product. I Definitely feel that the board keeps the RAMA quality and feel

 The RAMA WORKS branding is actually visible on the bottom, unlike the Soya one. And Another thing of note is that all the standoffs and screw holes are metal inserts, instead of just tapped plastic, so they should be pretty durable. Here’s the 1.5mm polycarbonate plate, which is the default plate

. Here’s the KARA PCB, designed by the ever dependable Wilba. And There is just the one version, with Kailh hotswap sockets in the HHKB layout. So No other layouts available, and no solderable version

. I Think out of the recent injection moulded customs, this one first of all, looks fantastic, but the feel is quite good. I Felt that the NK65 is nice, but not too far off typical prebuilts that you can buy. The Mute Mounting system is interesting here,, especially the way that they’ve had to do it with this board, I Haven’t seen anything really like it before
