 It's kind of the downside to an AR-10, but Armalite, they are the pioneer and this is a great example of that. So check it out, Armalite AR-10A2, pretty sweet gun. I like the OD, pretty nice gun. Thanks again

 These are pretty similar guns. The downside is this is a pretty standard run-of-the-mill AR-10 and this gun is going to have a price point for a new gun probably at $1,300 plus, if not more. So that's kind of a knock on it. The ammunition, again, you're probably looking at $16 to $18 a box versus $6 to $8 a box

 You're not going to find AR-10s with a cutaway profile like an M4 would have. They're going to need that heavier profile barrel, which does certainly add to the weight. This gun has a standard AR-A2 front sight post, which is not really removable. Yeah, it could be done, but it's going to take some effort

 This has a 20-inch barrel. It is a pretty heavy profile barrel. You're not going to find AR-10s with a cutaway profile like an M4 would have. They're going to need that heavier profile barrel, which does certainly add to the weight

 There is a little bit of storage here in the back of the stock. You've got your sling mount back here as well. So pretty standard setup and I dig these rifles. These are accurate rifles, easy to maintain if you're used to shooting ARs like we've said

NEW IWI Galil ACE Gen 2: What's Different?

 Now for myself, when judging a trigger on a gun like this, I just want it to be combat effective. I want to be able to shoot it quickly and accurately. I know where the wall is every time I'm pulling through and letting go. This is actually exactly what I would want and expect out of a gun like this and I really don't see the need to ever upgrade anything like that

 I'm sure there's going to be a lot of people comparing this to an AR pistol. And honestly, if I'm going with a really short barrel like this, if I'm working with like a seven and a half inch AR pistol like I've done reviews on in the past, or even if you get an 8.3 inch barrel, I think I might opt for something like this simply for the action, the reliability, the durability. When you get really short barrels on ARs, things tend to get a little bit over gassed and this thing is pretty gassy in itself
