In comparison, this seems slower and less powerful, though the wattage is the same (1700). As I get used to it I’m sure I’ll…get used to it. Cons Again, it’s not a basket style. Basket is lots easier if you’re new to air frying, but maybe that depends on your cooking style

After 1 year of use, a few times a month, it died, right after the warranty expired. The power just shut off during cooking and will not turn on again.

But it still only cooks the top level! You have to rotate the trays which makes cooking a little longer! So for me I'm not too excited about this product. And for the price I just don't agree.

I SEEM TO BE MISSING 2 PIECES THE STICK THAT HOLDS THE TUMBLER THING FOR THE VEGIES AND THE OTHER THING THAT COMES WITH IT. I HAVE HAD MY PRODUCT SINCE EARLY JANUARY BUT NEVER NOTICED BECAUSE I WAS SO EXCITED THAT I WAS ABLE TO AFFORD ONE. SO HEY IF THE COMPANY THAT I GOT IT FROM COULD SEND ME THOSE TWO PARTS I WOULD BE GREATFULL

I feel happy, my food is practically made by itself, there is no fat in my kitchen and my family enjoys healthy food, it is quick and easy to clean;)

I like the size but it takes double the time to cook than my last air fryer from a different brand. My last air fryer took 8-10 mins to cook frozen fries. This one takes 15 mins or longer. I like the shelves but with multiple items on the racks it takes even longer because it's not getting done evenly

I've had this 3 weeks now and we've used it almost every day. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is its size. It is much smaller than I thought it would be which forces me to cook in very small batched, for a rather larger family. I usually make 5 lbs of wings at a time
