A cheap pair of Noise-Reducing earmuffs paired with earplugs eliminated most of the noise, at least made it tolerable. If possible, I would suggest perhaps moving your PC into a bunker, or your neighbors shed, especially if they have a barking dog, as the fans will drown them out.

All 3 that I bought have that annoying whistling sound in the 20-50% range. Not sure if it's a bad batch, because I bought a separate 3-pack of ML120 and they are all perfect. Wouldn't recommend if you plan on any kind of silent rig.
