 Took forever, and I bought a backup Mammut shell in the meantime. Got the jacket back from repair and wore it for another year.

Love the shell. Hate the quality.

 The small fits perfectly with room for layering. I would recommend sizing down from your normal size with this jacket, as it runs large. Speaking to the length of the jacket, it is a welcome change.
