Arc'teryx Granville 20 Pack vs Carl Friedrik Palissy

This bag is great, but smaller than youd expect, the way the top flap is manufactured, it doesn't fold out of the way when open, so it gets in your way when you try to access the main compartment. This is pretty frustrating and a surprising design coming from Arcteryx, who usually is very thoughtful about ergonomics like this.

I’d say it’s a bit smaller than I thought, so it’s not your “large” check-in bag. I’d say it’s better for a light, long trip. If you travel light, it should be perfect. If you typicaly carry multiple shoes, books, beauty stuff, speaker, parrot, dog and cat (just kiddin’ of course, don’t carry animals!!!) this might be too small
