I think most people would vote for the Beta AR which is absolutely fine but since you plan on year round use and for skiing my vote is for the SV just because I like a more durable face fabric. I might be the odd man out for that reason.

For mild climate the Zeta AR is probably the best all-rounder taking into considerations features, weight, packability, durability, and comfort.

However, if you care about every ounce and packability, go for something with down. I like the Uniqlo packable down hoody. It's a few ounces lighter than the Arc'teryx and packs down smaller.

It was also loose/baggy around my arms and shoulders. I’m not sure who this jacket was meant to fit. Clearly not me.

I’m a size 36 waist, which sometimes suggests a size L, and I sometimes find myself between Arc sizes with broader cut pieces like the Fission SV or LEAF Cold WX LT fitting me better in a L. Certain fleeces like the Delta LT and Kyanite LT also fit me best in a L, so I had some concerns the Acto FL might be a bit too baggy, but it is a very trim cut piece and ultimately fits exactly how I wanted it to.

This jacket was not the item advertised and I suspect was a knock-off. Had labels for 2 different jacket styles, was the thinnest material and didn’t fit my 5’3” wife. Returned for a full refund and ordered direct from Arc’teryx instead.
