Arc'teryx Beta LT (Review)

 So in terms of sizing I bought a size small. I'm around five seven 170 centimeters and around 125 pounds. A size small is actually perfect for me. As you can see I actually have a hoodie right under the jacket right here and it fits perfectly

5 out of 10 rating just because it does what I need it to do it has great mobility great breathability overall it's just a very nice build and does what I need it to do it's getting quite warm in here.  Also personally I think it's really cool that I'm supporting a technically a local brand because I am also from Vancouver so I think $500 is priced quite fairly for what they consider a entry-level Arc'teryx jacket because the performance of the beta hasn't really let me down. I'll have to give the Arc'teryx beta jacket a 8.5 out of 10 rating just because it does what I need it to do it has great mobility great breathability overall it's just a very nice build and does what I need it to do it's getting quite warm in here. Arcteryx Beta Jacket 2022 Review (IS IT WORTH $500?)

 This is a trim-fitting jacket, and honestly, I feel like this fits pretty perfect. So I would go true to size, however, like I said, maybe if you're a little shorter, you could go down probably a size and be okay, as long as you're not wide and upper body or anything.  It has pit zips, internal pocketing and a couple of extra pockets at the chest. In fact, the only quality the Patagonia jacket might be lacking is the cool factor that Arc'teryx embodies so well. I don't mean this as a backhanded compliment; one of the major selling points for the Arc'teryx jacket is that it really does look good and adds style points to your 'fit, whether you're just schlepping to the grocery store or climbing in Yosemite.  I find it's quite tailored, not too bulky but enough room for layering underneath. It's waterproof, breathable and lightweight and definitely not as stiff as other Gore-Tex jackets I've had in the past which makes it easier to move in which is obviously key. And of course when you really get going it does have pit zips to cool you down to give you that perfect temperature. The great thing about this hood is that it's helmet compatible and two-way adjustable so whether you have a bike helmet or a ski helmet throw it over and you're good to go

 This is our Terrix Beta AR vortex jacket. I'm 5'5 and wearing a size small. It's the kingfisher color which has been dope dyed which is pretty cool because it has a lower environmental impact compared to traditional dyeing methods. It has a drop back hem which I really like covering the derriere and overall I really like the fit

 That's miserable. So this is a good tool to keep you from experiencing that. All right, fit and function. I am six foot one, 45 inch chest, 33 inch waist, 36, 37 in the arms

 And then, of course, you get the two hem adjustments to tighten things up should you want to. Nice big zipper pull. Big fan of big zipper pulls. And there it is for size and fit and function

 It is fleece lined. So as I was going up and down, no irritation on my chin. It fits really, really well. As you saw, there's no really restrictions in movement

 So I know how it works really well. More than anything. I want to show you how it looks, how it fits in the features of the Beta AR because it's a significant investment. Of course, Arc'teryx is a worthy investment
