The straps really take a load off and the actual material/ mesh on my back is extremely breathable and does not make me sweat as much as I should. The pockets on the shoulder straps and waist straps are great for your phone, portable charger, etc.. last but not least, I have plenty of space in the bag even after a change of clothes, so I’m sure it will still be great for an overnight trip!
