 Hi I'm Sam from Snow & Rock and this is the Element Coda Canberra. I could tell you about

 everything that goes into this board but I think the main thing is just look at it. So

 this is a real wood top sheet, I would call it their power ply. It adds a really nice

 snap to the board and it's made from American black walnut on this board and I have to say

 it's one of the most beautiful snowboards I've ever ridden. I'm pretty sure I was the

 envy of everybody on every chair lift that I was on today. So the Coda is one of the

 stiffer boards in the range from Arbor. It's really nice and solid between the feet so

 if you're on chopped up snow, bumps, lumps and everything the board really ploughs through

 and just stays nice and stable. You've got a lot of control coming from between your

 feet and particularly under the bindings you have what they call their grip tech edge.

 So it's a tiny bit wider at your heels and toes which just means that as you're on that

 edge it drives lots of bite through into the snow. Then in the tip and tail, again nice

 and stable, we've got camber through to the tail but Arbor's upright fenders here, just

 a little bit of 3D contouring to lift the contact point. So again if you're on a flat

 base on cat tracks it's really nice and smooth and catch free. I have to say in terms of

 the ride quality of it, it's very, very smooth, really refined. Tip to tail flex on this is

 quite solid and also torsionally it's quite stiff so nice and responsive, nice and stable

 for an advanced rider. But actually if you're more of an intermediate level, you're looking

 to grow your riding and at the moment you're cruising around the mountain, really nice

 When you get into the hard drawn out carves that sometimes the board will wash up, I noticed that the Uprise fenders in this wouldn't stay engaged. They would just slip out and I would find myself skidding out of turns or just skipping. Basically the board would wash out when I was doing hard, aggressive, driven carves. Norse stuff, wrong drawn out setup turns, no problem, but deep, hard, aggressive carves, it would wash out

The Arbor Coda Camber Snowboard Review

 In this video, we're going to talk about the Arbor Koda Camber.

 It's a camber dominant, all-mountain freestyle board.

 It's truthfully a quiver of one type of board, and for those of you that like camber, this

 It takes a little bit more to drive the board.

 You're going to get a little more pop out of it.

 It's going to have a little bit more rebound than its rocker counterpart, but it's still

 that solid all-mountain freestyle board.

 This board features Arbor's camber system.

 So what you have is parabolic camber, so it's less camber out in the tips, or kind of similar

 to traditional camber, with Uprise Fenders, a 3D shape that raises the contact points.

 That way, you get more of a surfy feel out at the tips.

 Then you have Griptek underfoot, which is an added contact point, so you can steer the

 board right underfoot instead of out at the contact points.

 So basically, traditional camber, with an added contact point underfoot, and raised

 contact points out at the tip and the tail.

 It gives for a surfy play, but you still get that snap and pop that you would get from
