Apple Magic Mouse vs Logitech G502 Lightspeed Wireless

This mouse has done little to improve upon its predecessors, and that's becoming a problem as it's competition steps it up. The charging pad is a great albeit expensive feature, and the ergonomics plus button positioning still give it a small nitch, but the lack of accuracy compared to the competition, coupled with other companies improvements to ergonomics makes this mouse obsolete for me, for now. +Ergonomics, still one of the most comfortable mice with fantastically placed buttons. In fact when you consider the buttons the G502 is still on top here

How exactly? Well before I list the features that I found missing, these are features that won’t be a big deal to a lot of people as there are other ways of completing these tasks but for the price of this mouse it would have been nice to see the functionality be packed in. Anyway, the two biggest features I noticed personally that were missing on the Magic Mouse are firstly, there’s no way to rotate photos or objects. This is something that can only be done on the track pad and secondly, whenever editing video on programs like iMovie, which again, not everyone will do, there’s no way to zoom in or out of the timeline you’re working in. This can, again, only done using a track pad or option within iMovie

So I'm using it wired, which it works perfectly and I haven't any lag plus a quick response.

Magic Mouse is by far the worst Apple accessory. The sensor is trash, the port location is bad, the entire ergonomy of the mouse is non-existent. It absolutely needs a redesign.

I also missed the thumb holder of all things. There are still some flaws in the design of this mouse. I don't know what kind of thumb you should be born with to use all the buttons correctly. If you palm the mouse, you need a thumb long as a finger to easily reach the front thumb buttons

Too much form over function to me. I would take a corded mouse over this one if I had to. Unless you prefer mice like the Apple Magic Mouse as opposed to a traditional style mouse with scroll wheels and a mouse like shape, I'd recommend trying out other mice first before paying for this one. Chances are you'll find something that's more comfortable and less frustrating to use for less money

So is it worth spending over 100 pounds on this thing? Well I'll put it to you this way how often do you upgrade your mouse? Probably like once every ...

I’m so disappointed with the Magic Mouse and I can’t believe it’s still in production. It’s extremely flat, awkward, and it’s non-ergonomic shape does not sit nicely in ones hand- at least not in mine. I feel my hand cramping after five minutes of using one because it forces my hand into such an unnatural position. Apple would make a killing on a really quality mouse that’s either wired or wireless or both

c. As I mentioned, battery life is really good. You can also leave it sleeping without turning it off and nothing bad will happen. I think I charge mine every couple of months, with 3-5 days a week of usage

• Excellent battery life, I could have done with 24 hours too since I charge everything else everyday anyway lol but the rated 48-60 is ridiculous and much appreciated. • The packaging is superb, I honestly felt like they put effort into designing it and making sure the customer feels special while opening it. Almost like an Apple product. • The plug n play nature is fantastic

My only complaint about this mouse is the weight. It’s rather heavy for a mouse hence the 4 stars.

So if the g502 hero a mouse with the same shape, size, buttons and sensor tips the scales at 121 grams already, then how much would we expect the ligh...
