User Experience

Apple still dominates the tablet market.

I switched to the M1 MacBook Pro in 2020 and the improvements were astounding. Those improvements don't really seem to have quite the same impact on the iPad, and that's mostly because it's still a victim to iPadOS. I don't imagine that Apple has any plans on allowing its iPads to run MacOS, due to cannibalization of the MacBook market, but iPadOS has its limitations. I do not think the iPad is ready to replace your laptop quite yet, but the power is there to do so

9”, this is not as big of an improvement as I thought it would be. Yes, this is faster but unless you’re a pro or gamer, you probably won’t notice a big difference from the chips a few years ago. Battery Life

One tiny hiccup, but all is well now.

The battery life is awesome. I can sit and edit for hours without being interrupted to charge it. I actually don’t think it’s ever told me to charge it, I just do after I am done with it. The touch screen is very responsive as well

I need a device that has a good battery and charge fast since i use it often. I thought that the Samsung one was a good option since the other two don't have water protection.

Bad screen, heavy, cumbersome, bad keyboard, etc.

This 12.9 iPad is huge and heavy, making it inconvenient to use, which is exactly what the iPad was designed NOT to be. The screen is "ghosting," meaning if you're using at night on a black background, white letters or images have a halo effect. Not good for night time use

the tablet is awesome and has a massive screen great to get your work done and it's well lit , but i didn't expect the tablet to be heavy compared to the s7plus this one feels way heavier this is my only complaint , one more thing if you have the s7 plus and it's working don't go for the s8 series i mean it's basically 90% the same but with better pen response that's my opinion

The smaller iPad is cute, but the 12.9" screen size was better for us and the 2TB capacity makes this the perfect iPad for us.
