Anker Soundcore Motion+ vs Limitless Innovations TikiTunes

Brought the anker soundcore motion+ based on reviews to replace my ancient bose soundlink mini that died. The sound, even though newer bluetooth standard is no way near the rich attractive sound of the bose and I'm now sending it back. Im just shocked that the reviews were misleading or that after all these years the soundlink still sounds so good and size so compact.

You can even pair it with another TikiTunes speaker via Bluetooth. Unfortunately, its materials don't feel very premium, and its uneven, muddy sound profile lacks a lot of low-bass.

With the default EQ setting, these were absolutely horrible sounding. By cutting some mids, I was able to get a decent sound (posted a picture of my settings) but still a bit boxy. The problem is, in stereo mode, only the master speaker changes with the EQ. This led to a lot of fiddling with connecting and disconnecting the individual speakers to try to get each one EQ’d the same as the other
