I love love love the Urban Decay and Milani Eyeshadow primers persobally, as a brown lass going for bright colors. And if they work on me they work on anyone!. Also wetting your brush with water or setting spray just a little to pack the color helps make it more opaque (but be sure to set it to prevent falloff:).

I noticed it settling into fine lines, and when I looked again, it completely fixed and refreshed itself. It's also a self-setting formula, meaning you don't have to layer a setting powder over it for it to last! I'm going to continue wearing and loving this!.

To it's credit it was hard to remove so its staying power must be good. I was hoping to find something to blur or fill in or cause people to hallucinate that I don't have wrinkles above or below my eyes. Sad to say this was not the case. I think my eyes look better with just moisturizer and concealer versus these primers

Liked this it is a very this formula which I like I am very pale so it works for me but the color is white/ and kind of harsh so I imagine if you are a deeper skin tone this would look even brighter I wish they would carry more colors because I sometimes think it’s too bright for some looks
