 Let's start from the beginning: 140, 176, 185, 190, 205 and 208. So the nice feature about this is you're at two-way 208 and you go. You know what? That's not really what I want but I'm close I go plus or minus right here and I can take it down to whatever I want and then I push the button to to hold and it will brew up to that temperature. Whatever I asked Right now I've got it at 190 and then it'll hold that temperature for you if you take it off and put it back on
