It is my first pair of AE Park Avenue. I had to return the first one since it came with a bulge around the mouth. Disappointed, but not a big surprise since I heard a lot of quality control issue at AE lately from other reviewers. The second one came a few days later, and didn't have an issue with shoe quality

Shoe fit: too big

This shoe really hits a sweet spot in terms of price and quality, particularly when you can find it on sale. They look great, too. I work in a very casual environment and have always owned cheap dress shoes for the times when I do need to dress up, but now I'm finding excuses to wear my black Park Avenues regularly. They're comfortable enough to do so

 I'm normally a 10 D/E in dress shoes and a 10.5-11 in tennis shoes, but I wear an 8.5 3E in the Park Avenue. It took me three or four rounds of trying shoes on to find what fits

 A 9 3E would have worked, but I prefer a more snug fit initially knowing that the footbed will break in. If you have a wide foot and/or a high instep, sizing will probably be a challenge.

TWO OUT OF FIVE STARS: All the hype with Allen Edmonds only to be disappointed. It almost goes without saying that Allen Edmonds are renowned for quality at their price point; however, for this particular model, the navy coloured Neumok 2.0, quality was the issue that led to its return. It was obvious that Allen Edmonds had sent me a pair of 'Factory Seconds'

5) as they do fit a tad large. I have 5 pairs of American made heritage boots whose method of goodyear welted construction is the same as AE. (IMPORTANT CONSIDERATION: With any goodyear welted constructed boot, it is important to consider ordering 1/2 size down. They will fit snug in the beginning but will ultimately break in and form to your feet accordingly

0, quality was the issue that led to its return. It was obvious that Allen Edmonds had sent me a pair of 'Factory Seconds'.  ISSUES: there was blue dye smeared inside the tanned leather footwell; excess dried glue poured out of the misaligned left heel, there was a gouge in the left sole where the upper attached to the goodyear welt; and, the stitching of the goodyear welt as it appeared from the bottom of the sole was inconsistent and of unequal length (it just looked off?). I'm really not sure how this pair passed their final inspection process? If this was a Factory Second, then it should have been represented as a Factory Second in the description
