 I think others will feel the same way if they prefer latex and the layers are tailored to there body type. I think there recommendation was spot on for "me" and I am totally happy with this set up. If I'm not after a month they will swap out a layer and change the firmness to my liking. The real beauty is I can do this years down the road as well if a layer wears out or if my weight changes, just upzip the mattress cover and swap out the layer(s)

 Obviously people who weigh less they will use softer layers as dictated by there body weight. If someone half my weight were to lay on the bed they would say its like a rock, but at my weight it doesnt feel that way at all, I feel great support and comfort. Once it was completely assembled I laid down it and...wow it is pretty firm, not rock hard, but really firm

TL:DR - we love our new SleepEZ mattress and would recommend it to others. Very Satisfied.

I think I've narrowed my search down to the Layla Hybrid, Nest Alexander Hybrid, and the Brooklyn Arora. I want a soft, supportive, and breathable bed, with memory foam, not a pillow top. I want that sinking in feeling of memory foam, but I sleep fairly warm, so I started looking towards hybrids.

Can anyone speak for any of these beds, or can similar sleepers recommend any other mattresses?

Night 1: Chose the soft side to try first, went in with some back pain after building the bed frame and lugging the mattress up a flight of stairs. Keep in mind this thing is heavy, around 128 lb in the box. Sadly the two included pillows were missing, so if those ever arrive I'll review as well. Anyway soft side you definitely sink a bit, I'd give it around a 4/10 for firmness

So got a new king Layla Hybrid after 10 years on a queen gel memory foam mattress. Figured I'd keep track of how it sleeps over a year period for those curious of purchasing it.

 No issues with back pain, felt great in all positions. Still no problem with temperature. Very satisfied with this mattress so far so we'll see how it feels in a few more days. In addition, Layla already reached out and has shipped those missing pillows so bonus points for excellent customer service

 You cannot see the indentation with pictures because it is located in the middle and the other springs around help to keep the mattress flat, making the indentation invisible to your eyes, you can only feel it when you lay down or put pressure on that area. Scammers. Again, it seems some springs are missing in the middle section of the mattress, whoever manufactured your mattress was smart enough to miss just enough springs to not notice the difference with your eyes.  We tested the mattress on the floor with the same results (sinking in the middle) You guys or your manufacturer are scamming people and on top of that your warranty is a joke
