Ease Of Use

This is the only attractive canister vacuum I've found — it looks like a piece of carry-on luggage and is lightweight and powerful

99).My other minor concerns are being addressed by the company — I noticed a strong chemical smell when I opened my box and was told by the manufacturer they're considering building in extra time so the materials can better air out during production. I also wish it came in a hue other than black and was told there would be a color announcement in the near future. Henry is everything he is advertised to be!!!

Henry is a great little vacuum cleaner that is easy to use, very quiet and much, much better than any other vacuum cleaner that we have ever owned. The extra long power chord, coupled with the long hose and great attachments, mean we can drag Henry farther and reach farther without any problems or without continuously changing outlets. He is a little bit heavy--with a low center of gravity--so he does not tip over easily yet has great manuverability. The suction power, even in the energy saver setting, is phenomenal and would probably suck the fur right off of our cat if we were ever able to get it that close to her! LOL! Just watch your knuckles if you hold on to the handle while pulling out the chord or you can end up with sore knuckles
