The WTB Volt is a classic mountain bike saddle design that suits a wide range of body types. It's a hugely popular model that is often spec'd complete bikes from reputable manufacturers. WTB offers four different price points depending on which rail material you prefer, but the steel rail version that we tested is a great value for those looking for a workhorse for their mountain, gravel, or cyclocross bike. We appreciated the customization options of price and rail material, however. As one of WTB's medium-width saddles, the Volt is suitable for a range of riding positions but works best for a mild forward lean. In testing, we liked the raised tail section that held our sit bones in the sweet spot and provided something to push against when the time came to lay down the power. This seat is mounted with a traditional double rail clamp that allows you to adjust the tilt and slide forward and rearwards to suit your fit preference. 
We were hard-pressed to find anything negative about the Volt Steel in testing. It's slightly heavy compared to other performance mountain biking seats, but at such an impressively low price, it's hard to complain about a few extra grams. Additionally, since the Volt's shape and fit are so versatile, it won't be quite as comfortable for some people as the more anatomically-specific models out there. Those seats typically cost more than three times as much as the Volt Steel, however. If you're looking for an inexpensive performance mountain seat that you're confident will keep you comfortable, look no further than the Volt Steel.

 Shallow is another great option as well so, and you can demo that for free getting the whip, it's workshop in Stepney and hit them up and they'll lend you to definitely go the shallow. The radius sticks up into your butt too much and it kind of feels like someone's, trying to tickle your anus. It'S not pleasant and the flat is a more of a Roady like a real flat harder base. So try the try, the flat or the shallow, but yeah I'd say stay away from the radius

 You know pretty cheap saddle so comfy these climbs that I've just done. It wasn't until the last climb that occurred to me. Oh that's right. This saddle the saddle feels really really good

 There'S any pressure points at all, so big thumbs up. Wtb vault, I've ridden the Silverado. Didn'T like written the rocket think the rocket the size of the rocket that I rode was a little bit small, the wtd, but this vault at 142 mil it's absolutely perfect. So if you're in the market for a saddle can't go wrong, WTB vault, it's excellent! Maybe a little heavier than what you're after but the fabric scoop

WTB Volt Saddle Thoughts

Relatively comfortable

 So during a long ride you can ride for as long as you want and it won't feel too uncomfortable, because, obviously, if he's too soft ignor over Tonya was sitting on the plastic at the bottom, if it's too hard, is he not gon na be soft enough To be comfortable, but medium is just right for me, it makes it comfortable to go on long rides, okay, everyone, so I'm now gon na go get some riding clips of me using this saddle to show just how good it is at the moment. After everything, I've shown you it's a 10 out of 10, but it's just going to show you some riding clips, so you can see how it rides: [, Music, ]. So overall the WTB said it was really good. Well, something makes it really easy to get the saddle tailored perfectly for you and your price range

 Install, also comfort you on, and it makes it really easy to get a perfect saddle. So I went with a WTV volt. It'S got the medium pad in and this is made for enduro trail cross-country downhill, basically everything and it's really comfortable. So the website is really good for helping you get the right saddle

 I’ve ridden on rides as long as 2+ hours, on double, single & downhill.  Overall I’m very happy w/the WTB Volt. As long as it holds up, I’d have no issues w/spending more on one of the more expensive saddles made w/the lighter rails (cromoly or titanium, prob not carbon for $200+). I’ve now had a little over a month to ride w/the WTB Volt Narrow Steel Black Saddle (W065-0584). I decided to upgrade my 12 year old stock Bontrager saddle. I decided to go w/the steel because of price & have never purchased or ride w/any WTB saddle. I went to the WTB website & used there tool to enter my physical information to determine which size saddle best fit me
