It has a low power mode very annoying and poorly thought out imo. It’ll vibrate for a few seconds and stop unless you madly press the + button all throughout. It should stop vibrating for a second or have a random pattern that lets you know there's a little bit left. I don't see the point of having a "low battery mode" that actually renders the toy useless - might as well just shut off in that case.

I have the womanizer liberty and premium, and both have this issue. When I get them pressed on my clitoris, the suction goes from perfect thumpiness to half-assed flutters. Higher speeds take this issue away and *make* the air pulsate, but the first few seem to just barely go. When on my fingertip, it’s fine.

A popular mid-range option is the Womanizer which I think is very impressive for the price. It doesn't get as strong as the premium options but is certainly no wimp and still delivers a satisfying, thuddy feeling. If you weren't quite ready to invest in one of the three above, this is what I'd get myself.
