Over Priced

 It's actually not "All-Clad" as I think of All-Clad, in that it's a single layer of stainless steel, not aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless. It's reasonably sturdy, but it's not what I expect of a roasting pan that costs $160, and it will warp if it gets too hot. Consequently, when I bought my new stovetop cookware, I opted for the new Cuisinart Multi-Clad, and it's terrific - much heavier and sturdier than the three pieces of stovetop All-Clad I already had (a large skillet, a sauteuse, and a small saucepan), nicely balanced, with beautiful stainless surfaces inside and out. If I hadn't gotten this roasting pan so close to Thanksgiving I'd have sent it back and traded it for the Cuisinart Multi-Clad roasting pan

 Consequently, when I bought my new stovetop cookware, I opted for the new Cuisinart Multi-Clad, and it's terrific - much heavier and sturdier than the three pieces of stovetop All-Clad I already had (a large skillet, a sauteuse, and a small saucepan), nicely balanced, with beautiful stainless surfaces inside and out.  We think (though, we do not know) that the coating came off when the roast was removed from the rack. The day was hectic, so we didn't notice the trouble until the clean-up the next day.  In any case, the rack is now useless. I hate adding to the landfills, and, from All-Clad, I expect much better quality

Pan Great. Rack Horrible.

 No Problems with the Non-Stick Rack. Always have washed by hand. Sure it will last for many years to come. Happy overall with the Product, especially at this Price

Used this multiple times for Chicken and Beef Roasts. Like the size. Not tremendous but big enough to feed 2-4 people easily. Built solidly, works well in both the oven and on the range, and easy to clean

Great Quality Roaster at a great Price

I cooked my turkey to proper temp but there was a pale ring around the bottom where the turkey didn't cook or brown. The rack is too low and the roaster sides are too high for circulation. My excitement to have a nice roaster is gone. I got better results from a 15 dollar roaster

Not what I expected

 It works fine with smaller meat roasts or chicken. My only issue is cleaning, but I just spray it with Pam canola oil and nothing sticks. Plus it stores easily in my oven when not in use. Nice pan!

Perfect for a couple

Gave it as a gift, and it was very well received. Be aware that this is a stainless steel pan, and NOT multi clad like other All-Clad cookware. That said, it is a good size pan for smaller ovens. It's large enough for a roast, big chicken, turkey breast
