What I'm not so thrilled about is how loud this one is. It's a hummer, considerably louder then the previous model.

  The lighting is poor both in the interior and below to my stovetop.  The light bulb underneath burned out only a month after I bought it.  I tried to get it replaced through Costco and whirlpool made an appointment for a technician to visit and they are about 3 hours away from my home.  Tried to call whirlpool and hung up after a 30 minute wait

Not the best microwave

It’s alarm chime needs to be a little louder.  There is no way to increase the volume.

My main complaint is it’s a little harder to see inside... so if you’re melting butter or something you don’t want to explode
