The Touch X is very straightforward while being well thought-out and innovative. give it a 9/10 because of the battery life / battery indicator, and button design - otherwise it would be a 10/10 based on the shape, versatility and quality of the vibration.

We returned the item, why can't they make a device that makes no noise? The vibrating is o.k. but it makes a mechanical sound.

It purrs nicely and isn't too loud (for a wand). It's fully covered in a high quality, smooth silicone.
