There’s nothing that’ll do it naturally, everything will have a computerized tinge to it. Waves Vocal. Bender does a decent job at both formant and pitch shifting, and Quik Quak pitchwheel does well with just formant and a little pitch shifting as well, but for what you’re gonna pay for that you’d be better off just paying a local kid’s parents $50 to record their kid saying the VO.
