I was trying to massage my leg, essentially up by my thigh, where it hurts on the outside of my hip, and this is kind of what proceeded lifting family welcome back. So today we are gon na be reviewing a deep tissue, massage er, that is by wall

 Those all sort of kind of sketched me out just because with a attachment like that, I was very curious as if the attachment, if the attachments ended up being cheap, they could essentially break off, and that's not really something you want to have break off, especially as You'Re pressing that into your thigh, your shoulder or wherever now for this unit, I specifically got this just so I could kind of loosen up some of the tissue around my thigh and then along the the PEC minor region, where I'm kind of having some some tension And some issues with with lifting and then also in my neck, so this unit comes with four different pressure points, so it allows you to use this with different areas of the body and then target different different aspects, so there's a flat disc that it basically just Is kind of covering some surface area rather than being a specific acupuncture acupressure. It would cover a wide surface, so maybe as a as a level one to allow you to start working into the muscle and then there's the rounded head which what comes on the unit, which is more of the deep muscle massager. Then there is the four finger. One which they say replicates the human touch and then there's the acupoint, which is the one that I'm using in the demonstration of this unit itself and as far as the unit goes, it does have a decent level of variability

I called Amazon told them of the issue and asked for a NEW product (un-used!!) to be exchanged and delivered immediately. Letting them know that if this next one was also used I will return it and request a refund. I received the product the very next morning and even though the handle also had some tiny markings on it, looking used once again, I decided to keep it as it does work (I have Fibromyalgia and massage helps tremendously for this). The product seems cheaply made, so I'm not holding out hope that is lasts for very long, but again for the price you would pay that for one inexpensive professional massage

Thank you mom cause. This is definitely gon na help with backaches and hopefully with my knee and leg but um

Initially I was really impressed with this item. Knowing that it was inexpensive to begin with and figuring that it wasn't made the best in the world I was careful with it try to stay straight on the work I was performing with it in other words not sideloading the head of the massager but after about a dozen uses it broke anyway so I can't really recommend this product in any instance. Now it's completely inoperable because inside the mechanism around the massage head is broken. You can't use it at all the motor still works but it's decorative garbage can material

 Basically, it's supposed to relax the muscle by releasing fluids that are inside the muscle, it's supposed to release the fluids from the muscle to the circulatory system. It'S going to help with tight muscles scar, tissue and just overall minimize muscle darkness. So how do you use a percussion massager? This is something a lot of people just don't know just kind of hit one spot for like five minutes, but that's not how you're supposed to use it. Basically, you're supposed to go in small circular radius in the targeted muscle

 Okay, not bad. It'S very quiet! The mechanical system does sound. Pretty high quality, doesn't sound like it's going to break. So let's go ahead and uh hit

Basically, it's supposed to relax the muscle by releasing fluids that are inside the muscle, it's supposed to release the fluids from the muscle to the circulatory system. It'S going to help with tight muscles scar, tissue and just overall minimize muscle darkness

 It'S just going to cause more harm. You commonly call a poor muscle and muscle strain now. However, there is a time and place to use a percussion massager for recovery, but that shouldn't be done by your discretion and should be done by a doctor or a doctor's prescription. Doctor should let you know when to use it to massage yourself for recovery and how to use it

 I had a pinched nerve/crick in my back for a week, this was able to get rid of it in no time. Hence my 3 star rating. You also can't beat the price compared with other brands. I have been using wahl clippers since I was born (seriously, my mother wouldn't trust another brand and they have always been the best for hair clippers) so I feel like it will last if used properly

 These are good size, knobs um. I highly recommend this massager so far. My low chronic back pain is pretty much completely gone. Now i just have a little remnants of tightness, but that's about it um, but yeah

 It is a little bigger than I thought which is fine, but it's heavy to hold for your back, which makes it a little uncomfortable to use. It's also pretty loud, even on the lowest setting, and sometimes is too strong. I wish there was a way to turn the intensity down more than what is available. I do get some pain relief with this, but not as much or as good of a quality as I had anticipated
