Unstable Unicorns

To me, a true "take that" game is something like **Unstable Unicorns** where we are mostly just drawing through a deck to see what the game is going to do to us. There's not much player agency and the game quickly starts to feel like just going through the motions. Lots of games have similar forms of negative player interaction, but since there is a broader context to attacking other players, they often get labeled something different.

This is a difficult game to figure out. I watched a group of 16ish girls playing this at a school event and they seemed to be having a great time. This is low-hanging fruit, but Unstable Unicorns is absolute garbage. I left after 30 minutes because it was so mind-numbingly boring. So guess I'll avoid bookstore party games from now on?

i ordered this game for my neice thought it qould be a cool older kid game(she's 14) the box is a lot smaller then i thought it would be... So I'll get her some other thing's to go with it. delivery was super fast i got it the next day! i was super surprised.

It’s the one that started my heavy interest in the hobby, and I still think it’s great. Sagrada, Arboretum, Skyliners, Wingspan, Catan, Ticket to Ride, Unstable Unicorns, QE, Scrabble are all cut. Heavier game : **Pax Pamir 2e**. I love the game and the decisions it offers.

This game seems interesting and it is very portable. However, we have had trouble following the directions and figuring it out. Overall, we have enjoyed games like Go Nuts For Donuts better; they are similar style games.

It’s hilarious the first time, maybe the second time, is fun with the right group of people, but it can go on and on and on, the gimmicks wear off really quickly, and it just becomes a frustrating series of “ah ha! Take that, fool!” moments. And I enjoy games like Unstable Unicorns and Exploding Kittens. The last time I played it was with my wife and 8-year old, and we threw in the towel when he played the card that completely reset the game for the third time.

Horrible game. Hard to understand. With 8 people with college degrees you’d think we could really figure out why so many people love it. Nope. Wasted an hour of our lives

For those six or seven items, the listed condition and the actual condition had no relation to each other: one thing that was Like New was obviously broken and a copy of the Unstable Unicorns card game that was four dollars and change and listed as Good came shrink wrapped. But aside from Unstable Unicorns, the rest was basically trash: obviously broken, very used and missing parts, parts broken and others missing. And even when I returned the stuff it was pretty random:.

Kids loved it. First time using app, worked well, paid online then went and picked it up, no problems thank goodness!
