Uni Kuru Toga Roulette

You’ve unlocked my secret passion: mechanical pencils. The UNi Kuru Toga Roulette is built similarly. If you want a good pencil that wouldn’t be as big of a loss if it were lost: UNI Kuru Toga Advance fits that bill.

The sleeves retracts as the lead wears down so clicking to advance lead happens very infrequently. And the Kuru Toga's really do work well, not so much for cursive but pens are better for that kind of writing anyways. The Uni Field 2.0mm click advance pencils were a gem of a find. For use in construction work so they are rugged but work great for regular writing/drawing.

Kuru Toga Roulette - Great design and balance, very comfortable, the rotating lead doesn’t really work in my favour with my (print euro) hand writing as much as I’d hoped. 29. and up to 35: various lead refills, the Uni 2B is darker than the Ain Stein, the Pilot is the smoothest.

The titles says it : I lost my pencil case with my kuru toga Roulette (0.5mm) and my pentel GraphGear 1000 (0.3mm)... ;(. I really loved my pentel 0.3 but I still wanted to try something else and so, went for the uni kurutoga 0.3 (only the base model has 0.3mm). And bought myself a new calculator along with it, the Casio fx-991EX, it's a beast on it's own by the way ;).

-Kuru Toga Roulette. I will use it to solve engeneering exercises and in many occasions I have to justify every step I take wich involves a lot of writing (not drafting). I prefer 2B and 4B Ain Stein leads, however I still have some HB. I like the retractable sleeve of the Pentel and the stainless steel body construction but with the buttery leads I use I think it's better the Uni to keep my lines crispy but I hate plastic pencils... Is that noticable the mechanism?
